Austin, TX – April 16, 2012 – On Saturday, April 14, the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin awarded Schwartz Custom Homes with the MAX Award for Urban Infill Project of the Year Condos Attached at their 21st annual Marketing and Advertising Excellence (MAX) Awards and Gala at The Oasis.
Schwartz Custom Homes is dedicated to producing quality built custom homes and condos for a fair price with a positive building experience for the home owner. With more than 30 years of experience in the home building industry, Mitch Schwartz remains fully engaged in every project to maintain the quality and value of the homes.
“We are so pleased with this project because we were able to create an almost suburban feel in the downtown area by effectively using indoor space and not taking away from outdoor space. Second, we were able to create this small oasis at a much lower cost per square foot than the surrounding homes. Most importantly, both homes sold during construction and closed upon completion,” said Mitch Schwartz, owner of Schwartz Custom Homes.
The MAX Awards is presented by the HBA of Greater Austin, which is made up of more than 800 home building industry firms. For more than 59 years, the HBA of Greater Austin has served as the leading not-for-profit trade organization dedicated to residential construction and remodeling in Central Texas. The HBA works with government, public, business and community organizations in five counties to protect every family’s right to home ownership.
