Mitch Schwartz has worked in the home building and construction business for nearly four decades. Following in his father’s footsteps, Mitch began his building career in Michigan, attending Michigan State University, studying both Construction Management and Business and Finance. His passion for quality construction and building finely crafted homes led him to found Schwartz Custom Homes in 2010. As President and Managing Partner of Schwartz Custom Homes, he has completed high-profile construction projects, including custom homes, a commercial winery, and multifamily condominium projects. A results-driven leader, Mitch is known industry-wide for successfully coordinating multiple projects while adhering to budgets, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the highest quality.
